House Rules
Our house rules are designed to ensure that everyone who stays at our cabin has a fantastic experience. We want to make sure that our cabin stays in good condition, that everyone respects each other’s privacy and property, and that everyone feels safe and comfortable during their stay.
While we understand that following rules might not be the most exciting part of your vacation, ultimately, our goal is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay.
- NO SMOKING
- NO PETS
- NO PARTIES – large group parties or events are not allowed
- GUESTS – Bring as many as 10 overnight guests. Anything more is not allowed
- QUIET TIME – Please enjoy the outdoor space but no loud noises or music after 11pm please. We are in the mountains and sound does travel far.
- CHILDREN – While we’ve done all that we can to help make this a safe space for your kids, please ALWAYS be mindful and supervise your children at all times both indoors and outdoors; especially in and around the hot tub, fireplaces, fire pit and stairs
- NO FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS – If you do carry, please lock your firearms in the vehicle during your stay
- ADDITIONAL RULES – Please read through our rental agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We’re happy to offer flexible cancellation options to help make your planning process easier. If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund (less a cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival. If you cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date, we offer a 50% refund (less a cancellation fee). Unfortunately, no refunds are available within 14 days of your arrival. We are not a pet-friendly property, unfortunately, as we do have guests and family members who are allergic. If you really want to bring your pet on holiday, I would suggest you look for another cabin that is pet friendly in the area
We can comfortably sleep a maximum of 10 people in the cabin. We have 5 beds in total (3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds)
Guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.
Yes, absolutely! We offer high-speed internet at our cabin at 300Mbps. This is more than enough for all your devices, streaming UHD TV, and any remote working needs you might have. Details of our wifi are provided upon booking.
Yes absolutely. We have paved roads to the turn-off on Aska Road. There’s a short gravel drive from there, but it doesn’t need a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
We have a large circular driveway that can easily park 6 cars, a small trailer, and an RV.
This cabin is located in the much-desired Aska Adventure Area and close to downtown Blue Ridge. The area is known for the fantastic hiking & biking trails and tubing on the Toccoa River.
